New TDR level gauge for 4350 psi and 300 Deg C

Introducing the new Reflex VF7 high pressure /high temperature TDR (VF7 HPHT)

This new innovative option for the VF7 Series is the only gasket free high pressure high temperature TDR on the market. Due to its unique construction the electronics are insulated from the high process temperatures where standard designs would fail. This HPHT version of the VF7 has a new 2mm Mono Stainless Steel cable probe with a maximum measuring range of 35m.

It can withstand a maximum pressure of 300bar (4350psig) at 300’C (570’F) without affecting the instruments performance and can accurately measure level and volume to +/-3mm and interface to +/-10mm.

This new VF7 HPHT version can also be combined with all the standard options available within the standard VF7 range including dual sealing Metaglas system, remote electronics, second current (4-20mA) output and can be fitted into standard bypass chambers. Another major benefit to this new addition is the small process connection allowing installations on ½ ”G or ½ ”NPT process connection. The IP66/67 housing can be rotated 360 degrees for ease on electrical installation.

Capable of measuring products with dielectric constants down to 1.1 and suitable for ATEX EExia and EExd hazardous areas the VF7 HPHT is ideal for the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power Generation and Paper & Pulp industries.
